Special Exhibition to visit all week at the ACT Expo
The Advertising Community Together for Japan

Following the Japan disasters, creative people from all around the globe express their solidarity by offering their talent in support of Japan. With the help of AdForum.com and Cannes Lions, ACT Responsible has gathered some of the work for an unique exhibition that showcases around 80 amazing works and initiatives from over 20 countries. You can discover this exhibition at the ACT Responsible Expo from June 19th-24th.

The International Freedcards Alliance quickly joined the effort and 19 members from the 5 continents offered to print and distribute over 500,000 cards to their national network. A special cards pack “Tribute to Japan” will be sold in CCannes in profit of the International Red Cross Relief Fund.

Euronews, the leading news TV channel has also joined offering to broadcast during one week the spots created as part of it’s mini programme “One minute of Responsibility” created in 2007 with ACT Responsible. Euronews audience is 16 million viewers in 16 European countries.

An unique piece of art - a gold Cannes Lion reworked as a meteorite by renowned artist Billy Childish and sent to space - will beauctioned thanks to the Friends of Saatchi Brothers will be offered for auction.
