YOUTH FAVOURITE IS BACK : ACT CARE AWARDS 2024

Youth Favourite : giving a voice to future professionals

Introduced in 2022 in partnership with IHECS (Brussels), the Youth Favourite aligns with ACT Responsible’s mission to amplify impactful campaigns and drive positive societal change, empowering the next generation of industry professionals to select the best campaign promoting care for people and the environment. Your fresh perspective enriches the conversation with new viewpoints.

How does it work? Alongside the two professional juries, we invite all students to participate in an online vote. Based on several criteria, you will judge a shortlist of 30 campaigns. In other words, you’ll step into the shoes of a professional jury member. It’s an exciting opportunity for your future career and personal growth. Your opinion matters greatly in shaping the world of tomorrow.

1. If you’re a student will rate the 30 campaigns via this Google Form until November 15th (please fill it with your student email address).

2. A selected committee of IHECS student will debate the top-rated campaigns and choose the Youth Favourite 2024.

3. The Youth Favourite will be announced the 11th of December at the ACT Care Awards ceremony.

Bonus : Each participating student will receive material to promote their involvement on social media and will be highlighted on our channels.

Did you say awards?

Since 2008, the ACT Care Awards have celebrated advertisements that advocate for the protection of people and the environment. What sets this award apart is its two-phase jury process. In the first phase, a panel of 18 creative professionals from 14 countries evaluated 131 campaigns to establish a shortlist of 30. The second jury, consisting of representatives from NGOs, CSR experts, agencies, media, and European institutions, will convene in October 2024.

What makes an award important in the advertising world? An award is a recognition of excellence in a piece of work, an ode to creativity, a revelation. At ACT Responsible, we aim to give visibility to good causes, to the agencies that promote these causes, and to the creatives who use their talent to make a difference in the world.
